How To Choose A Brand New Domain Name For Your Target Market
By Ronak Shah | December 5, 2011
The 10 things YOU must do while deciding on a domain name are:
- Find The USP (Unique Selling Proposition). What is different about your product/service? What is your BIG PROMISE that fulfills needs of masses? What is your Mass Transformational Value?
- Find the target market. Most entrepreneurs don’t know who their “specific” target buyer is. Create a profile of your ‘Average Prospect’. What will your target market connect to? What will be catchy for your target market? The name has to be Simple, unique, catchy, self-explanatory & spontaneous.
- Brand Positioning is essential. How different are you from your competitors?
- Never compromise on quality just because you’re looking at traffic. If you’re looking at a google places listing or local search engine rankings then: A .com domain will have more value in the search engine if your site is hosted in the USA. A .in will have more value if your site is hosted on an Indian server. Geographically specific sites have more value not just in SE’s but in front of customers. If you’re going global, then use .com. If you’re going local (INDIA), then use .in.
- Use a proper keyword strategy. Keyword Research is the most important aspect when starting a website. You must know what your customers will type in Google. I use Market Samurai (pro version) for the same. Always have your primary keyword in the front of the domain name if you’re looking at SEO strategy. In respect of customers, you’re free to innovate. If it’s a blog, you can use a .com and add blog at the end of the domain name though not necessary.
- Choose a domain name that your customers will “recollect”/”remember” as a BRAND NAME. Allow your self to be distinct (weird). A BRAND IS YOUR IDENTITY in your marketplace.
- Avoid having longer domain names (e.g. anything above 4 words is long) with some exceptions. If you have a long domain name, that may be cool if it appeals to your customers but you need to differentiate between YOU & YOUR competitors. Longer domains which are distinct are caught by people. E.g. howtochooseadomainname.com ilovetobefunny.com, thefunniestmanontheplanet.com.
- Lastly, I use Domain Samurai which is an exquisite piece of free software that gives you multiple available domain names at the current time as per your keywords that you put in the software from various sites like: NameCheap, GoDaddy, Domain Face & HostGator. It will save you time, money & help you efficiently build up mileage. I use the pro version and WOW! No need to go to sites and keep typing to search for domain names. You get a wide variety of options with Domain Samurai and I can see training videos as well. WOW!
- Look at the emotional appeal (consumer engagement) to your target markets.
- If you’re still not able to choose a domain name, hire a brand strategist.

Why Hire A Sales CopyWriter? The Importance of Sales Letter Copywriting For Every Online Business!
By Ronak Shah | October 29, 2009
The goal of writing sales letters is to help internet entrepreneurs make money online, huge chunks of cash each day & night even while you’re sleeping. The purpose of hiring a sales copywriter to write a 3000 word sales letter online for any internet entrepreneur is to drive sales i.e. persuade people to buy your product / service.
It isn’t done to tell the whole world – how you grew up, what did you experience and what NOT!!! A sales copy on a sales letter is NOT a short story of sorts that you take a person in a “WONDERLAND”. Creating a wild vivid imagination in front of your target buyer is done but creating an illusion of sorts is NOT done. As a sales copywriter, you’ve to make the prospect realize what they are buying as an OFFER.
A sales copywriter who writes on the web is an internet entrepreneur first, a sales copywriter second. What matters most is money in the bank i.e. results. Period.
Copywriters are creative human beings and they tend to create experiences for their readers while they write sales copy. Therefore the task of hiring a sales copywriter requires you to find someone who can deeply create a vivid imagination of what’s on the table – NOT the product / service / both – THE OFFER in front of target buyers.
Entrepreneurs are least bothered about their sales copy. They are most concerned about the performance of the sales copy than the sales copy itself. So, if you’re an art writer you can write fantastic short stories but that does not mean it will bring you loads of money by writing short stories within your sales copy & sales letters all the time. It’s just a spark that you’ve within your self that proves you’re a creative being but it does not guarantee you “sales” or $$$$$ unless you know how to persuade people effectively & make them purchase whatever you’re selling.
Another big mistake which most SALES copywriters make is write sales copy for the generic audience in a niche. Every niche has specific target groups i.e. each group has a unique profile and therefore unique needs. For instance, in body building niche you can’t be selling an ebook on “how to be lean & mean” to a person who is originally very heavy/bulky & loves to be the way he is. Neither can you sell the ebook to a person who is originally underweight or who is already LEAN. Mind you, take a note of this:
You can ONLY sell the ebook to a person who has a “deep driving desire” to be lean & mean. Now WHAT KIND of person would want to be lean & mean? The one who actually jogs for 30 minutes a day to lose pounds of body weight & goes on for a STRICT diet regime. That same person may “most probably” be taking medications to improvise their health. This means you can only sell the ebook to a person who actually is dreaming of getting that lean & mean body with six pack abs. The person we are talking about is “desperate & dying” to be LEAN.
Another thing, most sales copywriters & Internet marketers think of sales letters as a money machine. It isn’t true either. Sales letters aren’t money machines, sales offers really are. They don’t alone make people buy a product. What really makes people buy a product is a “sales offer”, not high-pressure building sales copy. Sales offers ONLY & ONLY make a sale when persuasive copy is wisely used. Copywriters are ones who know how to present your offer in a creative way that triggers sales from buyers.
The most important aspect of any GREAT sales copy is make people “ASK”, “Desire” & “DREAM” about your OFFER. No product / service is more important than what it OFFERS most to a buyer / user. Hence, it is never about how many sales you’ve made. Mind you, it is ALWAYS & ONLY about how many “PURCHASES” buyers have made from you. Here’s why:
You can sell an X product to a customer who does not need your product but is tempted by your offer. Therefore he buys and you made money. However, after actually using your offer as part of his growth process, he’s bound to realize that he does not need your product. Thus, the customer would be highly irritated and guilty at himself for making a bad purchase – some customers might even go around saying a product is not good or it’s all crap. Most customers will ask for a refund. You just ruined all your hard work by spending valuable time on something that you wanted to build your life on & achieve your milestones from but have destroyed everything by manipulating people to buy what doesn’t make sense to them. It’s like you can’t be selling candy to an old woman who just got a dental operation done.
That’s why, you’ve to sell – NOT really – “PITCH” your offer to people who are desperate to buy what you’re selling – NO NOT REALLY – “OFFERING”. Fact is there are customers APLENTY and there is no scarcity of customers. All you’ve to do is make – NO NOT REALLY – TARGET people who are already ready & open to desperately / convincingly “BUY” your product rather than you sell them something that isn’t sweet to them.
Remember, your offer is even bigger than your product / service to the end user of your product / service. It’s NOT your product / service, it’s how your product / service EVOLVES an end users experience of life completely. It’s not your product, it’s the experience – the satisfaction of making the best choice of their lives which gives them immense confidence, pleasure, satisfaction, joy & freedom to be who they really are as individuals.
As a sales copywriter, you can’t be violating someone’s freedom by intimidating them to BUY what you are offering at the end of the day. If someone did exactly the same to you, how would you respond? You would be furious, wouldn’t you?
So, you’ve to be cautious (read it as “creative” & “articulate”) in pitching your offers to targeted “prospective buyers”. Yes, “BUYERS”! What I mean to say is if you don’t know what you’re selling your customers, you’d rather not sell it. BECAUSE money does NOT guarantee pleasurable experiences & security.
Moral of the story: Only sell what you LOVE ~ what you’re most passionate about – what makes you HAPPY & NOT what sells most. This way you’ll be happy forever and therefore make others happy. It is a win-win situation.
Only then hire a fantastic sales copywriter to write a killer sales letter / killer sales copy for your website once you’ve a fantastic & STRONG sales OFFER in place. To get sales, you must have a complete idea of ‘who’ you are selling to. Unfortunately, most internet marketers do not know who their original customer is. Sales copywriters articulate your sales offer in a way that suits your target customers accurately for whom they are writing sales copy with complete dedication. This is exactly when your sales hit the rooftop. Bingo!

11 Tools To Press Visitors to Buy Your Product From Your Sales Letter By Creating A Compelling Offer
By Ronak Shah | October 14, 2009
1 Get testimonials from established and highly reputed affiliates & internet marketers by asking them to review your product.
Gain their trust and convince them to be your affiliate. This way they will market your product to their list and you will gain buyers. Alternatively, gain testimonials from warrior forum members.
2 Downsell your product only if the customer refuses to accept the offer by offering your product minus the bonus & money back guarantee for a lower price. Downselling is not recommended by me though you could do it if it really increases your conversions and helps you achieve your long term goals.
3 Offer a FREE video/audio/pdf sample of your product from your sales page in order to enable the buyer to know your product better. This way your target audience finds your product worthy of buying.
4 Establish your self as a master of your niche from your sales page by showing off your friends on facebook and followers on twitter. Build reputation on forums like warriorforum, digital point forums and other web 2.0 sites like linkedin, twitter and facebook. Let your targeted visitors know your background. SHOW OFF YOUR REPUTATION AS A MASTER IN YOUR NICHE.
5 Be innovative and offer something compelling as a “sales offer” that no one else is offering on the web like FOR E.G. gaining traffic from sites like pownce, friendfeed, stumbleupon, reddit, digg and plurk which are leaders within web 2.0 marketing.
6 Be highly accessible. Have a 1800 # where they can call you and speak to you about your product. Enable them to contact you via email from your sales page. This establishes trust and makes them believe (feel) you’re a genuine person. Alternatively, be available to answer questions & technical queries of active buyers regarding your product during the 30/60/90/day money back guarantee.
7 Create a highly targeted niche keyword lists. Remember, sales letters can naturally target keywords and target customers from search engines. These keywords are triggers for buyers.
8 Have an opt-in box on the sales page to capture the leads of those who read your offer but didn’t buy. Query the target audience as to why they didn’t find the offer lucrative or put up a box for their highest priority concerns. You must know what makes the offer not convert and what makes the offer convert.
9 You can have a comment box for visitors to comment on your offer/sales page if you are using wordpress landing pages. If you’re technically able to do just that, do it. This will enable your buyers to leave testimonials of their experience after buying your product. It will convince other prospective buyers to interact with you & your previous buyers in order to purchase your product. You can always choose the comments you think will be best to publish while leaving the rest.
10 Please do not have a face slamming “pop-up” box that irritates visitors when they arrive and makes them feel that you’re forcing them to buy your offer. This creates negative reputation in the minds of the reader when they leave your sales page and they wouldn’t want to come again to your sales page. Make their time, energy and money worthwhile while they visit your sales page. HELP – HELP – HELP THEM. Prove you’re being helpful when they ask for help.
Alternatively, use Ultimate Footer Ad to capture leads without irritating your prospects and get higher conversions.
11 Have a blog on your sales letter site. Add at least 100 articles of 300 words each on the niche subject for your target audience to consume your content. This is can be short tips, tools, tricks and small updates about your area of expertise. Focus ONLY and ONLY on the top 10 highest priority buyer keywords.
Build an active list of subscribers from your blog.

Do I Need To Offer A Money Back Guarantee For My Digital Product?
By Ronak Shah | October 14, 2009
What if I don’t want to offer a 30 Day 100% money back guarantee?
Great question. If I wanted lots of serious sales, I would definitely go ahead and sell an eBook without the 30 Day money back guarantee.
Here’s why:
I would like to have only serious buyers buying my eBook. Only they can give you real value that would help you leverage your market value and brand value.
The 30 day money back guarantee does not guarantee you a sale anyway. It’s just a faulty marketing strategy. Attracting people to buy your eBook and then purposefully attracting them to even ask for a refund, I think it’s a faulty way to do business.
It does not provide you with the platform to gain more consistent sales. In fact, it decreases the sales because you want the customer to not doubt your product. If you’re certain your product is good enough, don’t offer a money back guarantee. No need.
The eBook must be a dire need in a market a marketer is focusing on. It must help people do things what they aren’t able to do so by themselves. And most importantly, there is no other eBook within that niche to help people perform those ‘impossible’ tasks and make their life simpler.
There has to be a purpose why an individual must not ask for a refund after a sale. And that has to be decided what could it be that would make a buyer, instead of asking for a refund, ask for more from your end. Not only that, they would even let other people know about your excellent product.
What If I’m still looking to offer a money back guarantee?
If you’re looking forward to provide a money back guarantee:
Your main product must have another relative product that complements the main product within the same niche to deliver even better gains naturally, completely and comprehensively. Therefore, it can enable a buyer to remain as a buyer for a really long time. You could offer the relative product to the buyer as a bonus for free after the 30 day money back guarantee period gets over. Thus, you receive the money you want and you are delivering the goods as “most wanted” by your target buyers. And the relative product must increase the value of the transaction by ‘x’ number of times.
Another option is to add a 200% money back guarantee if you have the money to give them if they aren’t satisfied. Naturally, you product must deliver “x” times more than the 200% of money that you’re going to refund them back. You must be always so sure of your product. If you aren’t sure, it won’t sell (guaranteed).

What Would Be A Great Email Marketing Strategy
By Ronak Shah | October 14, 2009
Always send emails ONLY when you have something really special to deliver in return for the readers extremely valuable time. Acknowledge their time and reward them with something really “brilliant” for looking over your information. that information could be pasted probably on a blog or maybe a website.
Remember, the time that they spend on your site is extremely valuable not only to you but to them. They are human beings and they have a life of their own.
You must always improve the quality of their life whenever you interact with them. They aren’t your money spinning robots, but your prospective friends who could help you multiply your business ‘x’ number of times if you know exactly how to respect their feelings, dreams, ambitions, beliefs, thoughts, experiences and lifestyle. The only way is by learning to accept their behavior. And timing your moves is what will make you a lot of money.
Help your customers with everything they need or want. This way you build valuable credibility in their eyes. When you send them emails, invite their comments to your blog posts. Share something that is invaluable to them.
Don’t try to sell them anything, make them buy it. Don’t push anything hard towards them to sell your product. Just let them know you have a product and what it can do for them. In fact, make them ask questions about your product. Drive them towards your product naturally rather than driving your product towards them. Let them get inquisitive of what your product is and how it can really help them out. Just because you want to make money and make your life complete does not mean that you send emails repetitively and spam their mailbox with your product links, information, etc.
Have regular intervals while sending emails to your list of subscribers. Have a valuable purpose for sending them an email and make sure you help them out instead of just promoting your affiliate product via email. Make sure you keep in mind their purpose of subscribing to your lists. Email marketing is the most powerful tool to grow a business. Don’t abuse it.

How To Write Sales Copy That Sells To The Target Audience
By Ronak Shah | October 14, 2009
When you write sales copy, keep in mind who you are writing the sales copy for. Not everyone will be your customer. Only those who really have no choice to resolve their problem and need a quick / desperate fix will buy your product i.e. if your product is an aspirin one. There has to be a “need” / “demand” for your product.
Just selling a product which isn’t “needed” won’t sell at all. On the contrary, a product which is deeply desired by most people will sell like hot cakes.
If your product is a vitamin product that helps people make for e.g. lots of money, then all you’ve to do make them visualize that as a reality and accept the dream completely without hesitation. If you’re faking it, you will lose credibility in the market and you will termed as “shady” or “fraud”. It becomes very difficult for you to be able to sell anything once you’ve been labeled shady.
You could sell the same report using various niche domain names. That makes you a lot of gains and helps you split-test your sales. Not only that, you could end up multiplying your gains eventually.
Since writing sales copy that sells is the most challenging tasks for most people, we are always here to assist you with writing sales copy and sales letters for your products and services. If you’d like to request a quote now, please send us your requirements at info@webcopywritersblog.com and we’ll get back to you quickly as soon as possible. Probably within 48 business hours.
Always remember that ’sex’ sells, ‘free’ sells and ‘quality’ sells. Anything that is loved is bought “instantly”. All you have to do make them accept your product as the best and priceless.
If your product is “quality”, “free” or “sexy”; SALES are Guaranteed i.e. If you exactly know to sell the product to the people you’ve made the digital product for and build a lot of long term credibility within their hearts, minds and life. There’s a big “if”.
Your comments, ideas, thoughts, feelings and questions are definitely welcome. We would love to know your thoughts on our ideas within the above posts that we’ve shared here. Feel free to comment below without hesitation. We are always here to help you. Have a blasts!

10 Steps To Write Kick-Ass Sales Copy For Your Information Product’s Sales Letter
By Ronak Shah | October 14, 2009
Writing sales copy is an art and a craft. Writing persuasive sales copy requires a structure. A sales copywriter has to write an offer which compels visitors to buy your product. Sales copywriting or sales letter copywriting is an integral part of internet marketing and affiliate marketing. It is the most important skill required to sell your products & services online. You need to know sales copywriting at its best in order to make money online.
Therefore, here are 10 steps to write kick-ass sales copy for your landing page / sales letter:
1) Understanding the use & importance of headline:
The headline is always used to draw complete focus on the ‘unique’ selling point of your product. It is used to draw complete attention of the buyers to the end result attained from using your product.
2) Understanding the urgency in conveying the message to the prospective buyers:
The sales letter must make the targeted visitors aware of the need for the product. The fact that each product sells only to a target group of buyers makes market research very important before writing copy for a sales letter. Therefore, a professional web copywriter must know the profile, behavioral patterns, pain points, triggers and leverage points of the exact target group of buyers who will purchase your niche product.
3) Appeal to the target niche audience:
Every offer is written for its target specific set of buyers. Thus, the offer must convince the target group of buyers to purchase the product and make them click the “add to cart” button on your sales page to start the sales process.
4) Ability to tell a story and connect to emotional chords of prospective customers with empathy:
Story telling in a sales copy is used to establish trust, a unique warm bond with the prospective customer and make them feel a “part of the sales letter”. Human beings are emotional beings. This is not about using psychology but about building a strong relationship with the target audience. This is also used to help the buyers read/skim through the sales letter quickly without any hindrance and reach the end of the sales letter with eagerness. This can be used to create curiosity/need of the product as it can include leverage & pain points of the product consequently increasing the momentum towards hitting the sale.
5) Ability to provide social proof from various sources in order to affirm that understanding the niche topic is vital:
Well, testimonials are known as social proof. Information products require to gather momentum using social proof in a sales copy. Often results from your existing product reviewers can prove your products’ credibility. Mentioning the growth of your product’s niche market can signify its importance and clearly explain what it can do for the target audience. Video testimonials are often a great way to let people know the importance of your product.
6) Provide solid testimonials:
There is a specific way to get a testimonial written from your existing buyers in order to clearly explain what it can do for other prospective buyers. Testimonials are a powerful way to explain the significance of your product so they must be used in the most effective manner possible. Testimonials are social proof. Showing proven results of at least 3 – 5 customers within their testimonials can make a sales letter feel solid in front of your target market. Video testimonials are the most effective way to prove your credibility.
7) Ability to motivate / command people to take action and not pressurize them to purchase your product:
Often people just ‘try’ to sell the product ‘any how’ to any visitor. Persuasion must be used wisely with social proof.
Writing a sales letter to sell a product has its influence on the target audience. It can create positive & negative impressions on your target audience. Forcing/pressuring people to buy the product has its repercussions and may make people not buy your product. There has to be a command over the language used in a sales letter which is why sales letter copywriting is often known as “Direct Response Copywriting”. Sales letters require to command a direct response from a prospective visitor to make a definite purchase as the bounce rate is fairly high.
8] Ability to build intensity, momentum and suspense in a sales letter:
This is used to build curiosity within the reader by using the AIDA (Attention, Interest, Desire & Action) principle. There has to be a build up of excitement in the reader as to why they ‘must’ buy the product. The sales letter has to build up momentum by bringing in the benefits one by one. The reader must feel that they must really buy the product to be able to reap the benefits of your information product. The sales copywriter has to create suspense about the product by making visitors aware that the information is highly unique (one-of-a-kind), limited to a number of people and highly confidential. Make sure you let them know the information product is copyrighted and cannot be shared with anyone else.
9) Commanding the reader to trust you as they read the direct response copy of your sales letter:
Readers require to know whether they can trust you and whether you’re credible enough to trade with. So, as the owner of the product you need a testimonial as well. There has to be facts within the sales letter / landing page that prove you’re incredibly a trustworthy and reliable person. Creating trust in the reader’s mind about you as owner of the information product can create a buzz around the webosphere and draw attention from premium affiliates.
Therefore, you must clearly show your results and the sales letter must solely focus on the end result attained from the use of your product.
10) Make them take action to move away from pain and to gain pleasure:
Highlighting the pain point(s) and making them feel one with the sales letter by empathizing their situation can yield significant results especially when the pleasure points are written in a co-sequential format. The sales letter copywriter must involve the target audience within the sales letter and make them feel special while buying your product. If as a professional sales copywriter you are able to make them feel privileged of making the best decision of their lives by purchasing your product, you’ve definitely won half the race.
When you’ve sincerely won the customer’s heart and spirit once they have used your product, you’ve helped them implement your suggestions and helped them achieve significant results. Therefore, you’ve built trust and a solid reputation in your active buyers mind which has actively won you a lifelong customer (you just won the race completely). Thereafter, if you come up with fantastic information products and offers, people who have previously bought your product will actively buy what you are selling as there is an element of trust & motivation.

How Do I Protect My Digital Reports, Guides & eBooks To Make Money Online As An Internet Marketer With Confidence
By Ronak Shah | May 20, 2009
What do I do if my ebook is being shared on torrents, forums and file sharing networks?
The most important concern of internet marketers is, how would I protect my ebook from being copied, re-written, shared or stolen on the internet? If you are selling an eBook, you must protect your content from being ripped of by another person. To do so, you need to get the works copyrighted (for sure 100%) across continents. The costs of doing so isn’t that high. You have to be completely confident enough of the value you are delivering to the receiver of your ebook in case you’re doing a copyright.
Protect your sales page, download pages, your delivery mode and your transactionary process completely. This is a must.
Keep a limit to the number of copies being sold. If you can secure the use of your ebook by adding “protected, exclusive, confidential and extremely secretive” value that will stop a person from sharing your ebook, it will have a great effect on your business. Also, you could send personalized copies of each ebook to each buyer so that you know which ebook if shared is owned by which buyer and you can take legal recourse against the buyer.
You could even have a 1 computer per user report and can only be accessed when they are connected to the internet if you can really afford to do so using special technology.
You can warn buyers once they have bought the report that your report is completely protected by international copyright laws detailing the copyright details including registration #. Make sure, each buyer has a special report designed according to their individual needs. The personalized report sent to them can have cues which can ascertain who is the buyer of the report if it is leaked and the cues cannot be found, omitted or edited by them anyway. Keep them secretive.
Make the report file in such a way that it cannot copy-pasted on a word doc or txt or any other possible document or even screen printed. Thus, use a special software for delivering the report instead of the normal adobe pdf. You can have an email address verification for the user to use the report.
Best of all, if you can afford, send a printed copy of the report to your buyers and charge them for shipping and printing rather than sell a digital copy i.e. if you can really afford to handle the logistics your self. Warn them that the product has a original copyright and cannot be reprinted-copied in any way directly / indirectly.
I have solutions to most of the above and there are some products within the market that are being sold which help protect digital products. Whether they are for real is to be ascertained. For the solutions, please email info@webcopywritersblog.com with the subject line “Product Sales Solutions”. We’ll help you with the same within 48 business hour’s of receiving your email.
Lastly if it still does get shared, then count your self lucky that your eBook / Report / Guide is really worth sharing. If you’ve copyrighted your works, then you’re safe. You can take the registered leecher who is an existing buyer of your product to court if you got the time and money to sue him/her and get highly compensated for the same.

How To Make Money Online By Selling Ebooks, Reports And Guides!
By Ronak Shah | May 19, 2009
What is eBook Marketing?
Selling eBooks online which help target customers radically improve their life in one or many ways is called eBook Marketing. It is also known as “online marketing” or “web marketing“. A person who sells an eBook is known as an “online marketer“ or an “internet marketer”.
How much does an eBook costs?
Generally, eBooks start at $500.00 to $5000.00 depending upon the research required as well the effort and time required. It can go higher than $5000.00 as well and there is no upper limit. We write eBooks ourselves. We deliver excellent quality of eBooks, reports and ‘how-to’ guides. Email us at info@webcopywritersblog.com to place an order right away.
How can I achieve greater amount of digital product / eBook sales?
It’s not the amount of content but the value that is derived from it which will matter most. And value is not always counted in terms of money but feelings, thoughts, experiences, respect and realizations as well. How sharply does your content deliver results rather than beating around the bush is what makes a report / guide / eBook progress at jet speed in terms of direct and indirect sales. Fullfillment or rather “satisfaction” is the term. And satisfaction can be derived only from growth. So, how does your product grow a person / individual is essentially important for you to know. What happens when an individual reads through your Report / eBook / Guide?
Build a long term business, not for some short term quick money profit. You cannot sell an eBook as a get rich quick scheme. Most of it doesn’t work. People are wise, not foolish. Some of them might be naive but they do realize if you’ve fooled them. And many of them visit the best forums across the internet and know a lot of other people who you could possibly benefit from. It’s word of mouth. It’s a chain.
What makes a product sell?
Your strategy will decide whether you will make money out of it or not.
It’s the value that counts. If you aren’t providing any consistent value after selling the eBook, there would be people who would buy it and just ask for a refund. This way they get it for FREE. So, to counter that, a strategy has to be in place.
What matters most to customers when they buy an ebook?
Remember, it’s not content that is king but “Satisfaction is king”. You’ve got to make them feel worthwhile, valuable and useful. Meaningful is the word.
So, What matters most to customers is the value realized in totality from the execution / implementation of the ideas mentioned within the eBook. Whatever value you give must multiply to the lives of all of your customers. It has got to be radical. Dynamic. Ever-Growing.
How to hit higher conversions, attract lots of leads and higher margins of profits from each visitor?
Great Question. Take every interested buyer’s email address on the sales page who feels like downloading the ebook. And hit them for a sale exactly after they enter their email address. This way, you can make more money than you think you would have imagined. Instead of asking them to “buy now”, use “download now” as a term for selling the eBook. How to market my product and compete with others in the same niche?
Create a unique space for your product and your self within the market. Let people know what is it that, as a specialization, only you can deliver and no other person can help them with such perfection. Something that is so unique, new and different about your product that no other seller sells within your market.
And to top it all, don’t call it an eBook but a confidential secret report. This way you safeguard your brand value, interests and your report. Making it available exclusively to only the first 1000 buyers can make you a decent amount of profit. Then you can open the sales again after some time period like 6 months or 1 year. Create anxiety, eagerness and curiosity within the buyer of your product.

Can I use affiliate links within my eBook / report so that I could make more money through my digital product?
You could have a resource page within your report as well as within your product website which could include various valuable resources that other people are selling. You can make direct affiliate commissions or gather affiliate leads through those page(s). This would help you make product sales as an affiliate when other product sellers send emails to sell their product.
What could be a great marketing / sales strategy to buyers that don’t buy my product and leave?
Always remember that if a buyer does not buy anything from your sales page and they are about to leave, give them something for free that they would find invincible and strangely difficult to resist. That has to be for free which can be currently sold in the market for a price, possibly you could have even sold that product before to other people.
It could be another marketer’s product as well which he is willing to share for a lead that could follow on a sale. You could make affiliate commissions on that and even share the leads between the two of you. Build a list of all the people who visit your sales page. All in all, you must have a specific business plan in mind before you even start to get the report written and think of putting the report / guide on sale.
How do you ascertain an eBook’s price? How do you charge clients for each eBook?
So, what is the ‘end user value’ that the eBook generates for the end user? That solely determines the costs & worth of the eBook. The pricing of each eBook depends on how in-depth the content is required and what value it finally delivers to the users. Accordingly the pricing is adjudged.
